His life was short
so many sighed
they could not recall
the dreams that he Shared.
How he often spoke
of life being filled
not by years but by giving.
A life filled with contentment.
Though it be short or it be long
a life well spent is full indeed.
In deed, his life was long
for he learnt to be content
with what life dealt him,
a life filled with contentment.
